In the past, and still today, many people blame things they eat for their eczema. Yes, you will still here things like, “O God, I knew I should not have eaten those peanuts! Start by reading the packaging on processed foods, and you’ll find that a myriad of products available today are filled with nut and corn products, especially corn. Corn comes disguised in many ways, such as high fructose corn syrup and corn by-products. It is a fact that red meat and dairy products are hard to digest.
